If you haven’t had a chance to complete the salary survey from Melnic Consulting Group, you still have some time.
The 2018 survey showed signs of a plateau in PA and NP salaries; however a big downside to the survey was the amount of providers that were surveyed. It was a very small sample size, which makes the data less valid.

The usefulness of these surveys is dependent on YOU! They can be a very helpful aid in salary negotiations, but only if there are a good number of people who complete them.
An added bonus for completing the Melnic survey is that you’ll be sent the results from the most recent survey for free; unlike other surveys where you have to be a member of the organization to receive the data.
