NCCPA Ambassador

2019-20 NCCPA Ambassador Program Participants

The past few years the NCCPA has been partnering with certified PAs through an ambassador program. The goal is to help spread awareness of the PA profession. Part of the ambassador program is to discuss current topics that are affecting the PA profession.

As a part of the program ambassadors are required to be active on social media and share NCCPA posts. They also take part in conference calls throughout the year for discussion of PA profession advocacy.

In return the ambassadors are invited to an ambassador meeting at the AAPA conference and meetings at the NCCPA headquarters, as well as NCCPA swag.

I decided to apply to be an ambassador to learn more about the current issues that are affecting PAs, and see what the NCCPA is doing about it. I think it is important to continue advocating for the PA profession and I hope this program helps. Hopefully it’s a great learning opportunity and a chance to promote the PA profession.
